Dedicated Leadership for Local Regeneration

To help drive local regeneration and give the community more influence over its future, a new Town Centre Manager has been appointed to serve Heywood. This role is a key part of the “Taking Back Control” theme — ensuring that regeneration is led by local priorities and delivered with a deep understanding of the town’s needs.
