The Heywood Plan is driven by a shared ambition to create a thriving town with better spaces, stronger connections and more opportunity for everyone. Our work is organised under three main themes, each shaped by the priorities raised by local people.

Heywood has heart. We’re building on that investing in youth spaces, community hubs, events, and safe public areas. Our goal is a town where everyone feels welcome, safe and connected.
